All of our products are electronic and when you buy you will be sent an email (to the email address provided by you at purchase) with a link where you can download them.  You will not receive anything via post.

This email is automatic – it WILL have gone out.  The problem is – why have you not had it yet!

Here are some things to do:

1. Check your spam folder – the email may have been classed as spam by your email service.  Or do a search for yourlawstore as the email may have been received but not be showing in your inbox.

2. If you ordered while at work – check to see whether your firm’s security system has deleted it (no point in us re-sending the email to you if the same thing is just going to happen again!).  We may need to send it to another email address.

3. If you have more than one email address – check them all.  You may have used another email address while ordering.

If you still can’t find it (you may, for example, have inputted your email address incorrectly) – use the request support form below or send us an email at info at yourlawstore.co.uk explaining the problem, or leave a message for us on 01603 763096 (make sure you say it is a message re Your Law Store and leave your email address) and we will find and re-send the download email to you.

  • Sometimes it is apparent that people are not receiving our emails when we respond to the support request. In which case we may need to telephone you.
