These Terms of Sale apply to all digital products sold on our website. By purchasing a digital product, you agree to the terms set out below. Please read them carefully before making a purchase.
1. Purchase and Delivery
- Digital Products: Upon successful payment, you will receive a download link for your digital product. The link will be sent to the email address provided during checkout. So you need to be careful to input your email address correctly.
- Instant Access: You will have immediate access to your purchased product through the download link provided.
- No physical products: Note that all our products are digital/electronic products. Nothing will be sent out to you in the post.
- Receipts: Our system will send out a receipt by email to the email address provided. This is automatic. If you do not see it in your email inbox, please check your spam folder. If you still cannot see it, contact customer support.
2. License and Usage
The digital products are licensed to you for personal or business use only. You may not share, resell, distribute, or sublicense the product to others.
3. Faulty / incorrect Products
It is up to you to choose the correct item for your situation. We cannot be held responsible if you purchase the wrong item by mistake or find that, for example, the document you have purchased is not suitable for your situation. Due to the nature of digital products it is not possible to return them to us as you can with a physical product.
However if you feel that the product you have purchased is not as advertised, contact Customer Support and we will consider a refund.
4. Refund Policy
Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final, and we do not offer refunds or exchanges once the product has been downloaded (save as set out in 3 above).
5. Intellectual Property
- Ownership: All digital products are the intellectual property of Zollch Ltd t/as Your Law Store. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the product for personal or business use only.
- Prohibited Use: You may not modify, copy, reproduce, or create derivative works based on the digital product, except as explicitly allowed by the product license. You are permitted to complete forms such as lodger forms with the information needed before use, and amend draft letters to suit your particular circumstances as described in the guidance notes. Save for this, we do not support or permit changing the text of documents and forms provided.
6. Limitation of Liability
- No Liability: We are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our digital products. Any liability will be limited to the price paid for the product concerned.
- Product Suitability: It is your responsibility to read the information provided on our website to ensure that the digital product is suitable for your specific needs before purchasing. If you are unsure whether an item is suitable for you, you can contact customer service, but note that we do not provide any legal or other advice.
7. Changes to Terms
- Updates: We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms of Sale at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website.
