Monday – Friday Lodger Agreement

For use where the landlord is letting a room in their home, for part of the week only. Typically Monday to Friday, although you can put whichever days you wish. This agreement should be used:

• where the occupier/lodger has their own room and shared use of at least some rooms (such as the kitchen and bathroom) with you in the rest of the house or flat
• the lodger will return to their own home during part of the week – typically at the weekend, although the agreement is flexible and you can agree other days
• you will have the full use of the room during the days when the lodger is living elsewhere, and will be entitled to use it for whatever you wish, including using it for your guests to stay in.
