Inventory Form

To be able to claim for damage when your lodger leaves, you need to be able to prove the condition it was in at the start.  Which requires an inventory which you will need to get your lodger to check and sign as agreed when they move in.

To help we have an inventory form you can use.  This can be used to record not only the items in your lodgers room (with notes on the item condition) but also keys given to the lodger, and other items and meter readings.  We also provide a detailed article to help you prepare your inventory along with a ‘reference guide’ for you to print out and have with you when compiling your details.
