Your Law Store does not at present sell individual forms or ‘stationary’ for landlords (other than for Lodger Landlords). However:
A forms pack is included in our section 21 ebook (Assured shorthold tenancies: your complete guide to section 21).
This contains two versions of a section 21 notice (with detailed instructions on how to prepare them and avoid expensive mistakes), and a couple of other useful forms. >>Click here for details.
For tenancy agreements we recommend that you use our sister service Landlord Law at www.landlordlaw.co.uk.
Landlord Law has an extensive selection of tenancy agreements (with over 23 different templates, which can all be customised to suit your particular circumstance), along with forms of guarantee, renewal forms etc.
Landlord Law is a subscription service and members can generate unlimited number of forms – membership starts at £20 per month.
For possession notices, again Landlord Law has all the main forms which can be created online together with covering letters.
Various letters (letters of authority, section 48 etc) are also available on the Landlord Law site, and members can request additional letters via the members discussion forum.
Lodger forms: If you rent a room in your own home to someone, this will in most cases be a lodger situation and you can find suitable forms in our Lodger Landlord section.
