3. Prices
The prices and delivery charges payable for the products or services that you order are clearly set out on the yourlawstore.co.uk website. If, by mistake, an item is under-priced which is a physical product, we will not be liable to supply that item to you at the stated price, provided that we tell you about this before the item is dispatched. All prices are expressed inclusive of any VAT payable unless otherwise stated.
4. Acceptance
There will be no contract of any kind between us unless and until we actually dispatches the goods to you (which includes providing you with the download link for digital products). Your order is an offer to buy from us. Nothing that we do or say will amount to any acceptance of that offer until we dispatch the goods to you. At any point up until then, we may decline to supply the goods to you without giving any reason. At the moment that the goods are dispatched (and not before), a contract will be made between us, and you will be charged for the goods.
5. Delivery
Delivery of physical goods will be made to the address specified by you on the completed order form. Please note that we can only deliver products within the UK. We will aim to deliver goods as stated but cannot guarantee delivery by such a date.
Electronic / digital products will be delivered by providing you with a link where you can download the product to your computer. The download link will only be available for a limited period of time so you should ensure that the product is downloaded to your computer promptly.
If for any reason you have a problem downloading any of our electronic products please contact our customer support for advice.
6. Cancellation
If you order physical goods, you have the right to cancel your order up to 7 working days after the day following the delivery of the goods. If the goods have already been dispatched at the date of receipt of your cancellation of the order, you must return the goods and we will credit your credit or debit card with the price of the goods within 30 days beginning with the day on which notice of cancellation was given.
If you do not return the goods within 21 days of your cancellation, we will make a charge in respect of the cost of recovering the goods. If you do not return the goods or fail to make them available for collection within 30 days of your notice of cancellation, you will be deemed to have accepted the goods, at which point a new purchase contract will be made and you will be charged for your order at the price set out on the yourlawstore.co.uk website.
If your order is for electronic goods, such as ebooks or forms, you will not be able to cancel your order after the goods have been downloaded, save at our discretion.
Some ebooks and forms will carry a guarantee. If so the guarantee will apply as set out on the information page for that product. It will only apply to the specific product concerned and will not apply to other Your Law Products.
If your order is for the provision of services, please note that you will be unable to cancel the contract once performance of the services has begun.
This does not affect your statutory rights.
7. Returns
You can return any purchase for physical goods within 30 days of the date the goods are received for any reason, on the sole condition that any item is returned to us in its original condition. We will issue a full refund for the price that was paid for the item.
You have the right to return a faulty item within a reasonable period of time, but please keep any warranty information that accompanies the item as this will be needed should there be a fault.
If you take delivery of a purchase from us and the contents have been damaged in transit, you may return the item(s) to us within 30 days of receipt for an exchange.
If you return an item because of an error on our part or because it is defective, we will be happy to refund the delivery charges incurred in sending the item to you and the costs of returning it to us. If cancelling the purchase under the statutory 7 working days cooling-off period, we will refund the normal postage charge for the delivery of that item but cannot refund any express or courier postage charge. You will be responsible for those charges and the costs of any other services provided in connection with your purchase.
